Synopsis
In an ahwa (local café) in Cairo, tension is running high. A group of football fans are watching the match between Egypt and Russia which will decide qualification for the 2018 World Cup. A young intruder from the affluent suburb of Zamalek insults the mythical player Salah and in the café all hell is let loose…

Biography
Noha Adel was born in 1975. She graduated from the Faculty of English of the University of Cairo. In 2017 she attended a workshop on the foundations of directing with the directors Ayten Amin and Adham El Sherif. In 2018 she took part in an advanced workshop on directing with the Egyptian director Samir Serif. She wrote, produced and directed her first short film, Into Reverse, in 2017, which had its world premiere at the Dubai Film Festival and was then selected by many international festivals, winning several awards.
