Synopsis
Eva is a 16 year-old girl who lives with her separated mother and her younger sister, but desperately wants to move in with her father. Living close to the complex personality of her father, a poet, and his erratic way of life, the discovery of sex and a sudden freedom to cope with, will force her to grow up quickly and become conscious of herself.

Biography
Valentina Maurel is a Costa Rican director who still lives in Costa Rica. She graduated in directing from the INSAS - Institut Supérieur des Arts in Brussels. Paul is Here, her graduation film, won the first prize of the Cinéfondation at the Cannes Film Festival in 2017. Lucía en el limbo, her second short, was selected for the Semaine de la Critique in Cannes in 2019, the Toronto International Film Festival and won at the Guanajuato International Film Festival.
