Synopsis
When a child, Yonggan had to learn to run to escape bullies and other troubles. Now he is the fastest delivery guy in Shapingba. Motivated by a promise of a rich monetary prize in an American football competition, he forms a team of streetwise men. As the Dockers grope their way to glory with passion, determination and on-field magic, the film plays with the conventions of the sport movies genre, reinterpreting them with humor and originality.

Biography
Jiang Jia-chen (1984, China) is a director, screenwriter, and editor at Beijing Qiyin Culture Media, as well as a teacher at the School of Media and Animation at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts. He has a rich experience as a director and producer for film and television projects. In 2016, he was selected as one of the top 15 in the China Film Director’s Guild Support Program for Chinese young directors. For his 2018 film Looking for Lucky, he received nominations at several international film festivals, including a nomination for Best Screenplay for the Asian New Talent Award at the Shanghai International Film Festival. His film No Problem (2022) was nominated for the main competition at the 37th Warsaw International Film Festival.
