Saïd Hamich was born in Morocco in 1986. He graduated in production from La Fémis in Paris. He has been the executive producer of several films, such as Hope by Boris Lojkine, Neither Heaven Nor Earth by Clement Cogitore, Sofia by Meryem Benm’Barek and Home Front by Lucas Blevaux. He has produced over thirty short films and many feature films, including Much Loved by Nabil Ayouch, Northern Wind by Walid Mattar and Volubilis by Faouzi Bensaïdi. Return to Bollène, his first film as a director, was nominated for the Louis-Delluc Prize for the best first film, and was released in cinemas in France in 2018.
