Synopsis
Miriam is the 17-year-old daughter of Egyptian parents. She lives with her mother and her sisters in Milan and like them, she has a small cross tattooed on her wrist, the identifying sign of the Orthodox Coptic community. For Miriam, that cross is becoming heavier and heavier, like her responsibilities with the family, from which she tries to escape seeking a foothold in her group of friends.

Biography
Born in Padua in 2000, he later moves to Milan and attends the three-year program at NABA, where he graduates with honors in 2022. He has directed commercials in collaboration between NABA and external companies such as Porsche and Alessi, he has produced a documentary, and he has supervised the creative production and editing of the experimental documentary Condominio N IMX172 in collaboration with Michelangelo Frammartino, presented at the Filmmaker Festival in 2022. Maieti, selected in 2023 at Alice nella Città, marks his directorial debut in a fiction film.

Biography
Born in Milan in the year 2000. He graduated in Graphics and Communication in 2019 and continued his studies in Media Design at NABA in Milan, where he graduated with honors in 2022 presenting the thesis "Documentary Intervention in Fiction Cinema". In support of the thesis, he made the film Maieti, where he experimented with the fusion of documentary and fiction language. During the three-year program, he worked on numerous projects, including a commercial in collaboration with Porsche, and the documentary Moena.
