Synopsis
Divided into nine chapters set in the period from 2019 to 2021, the film sweeps the audience into the streets of Hong Kong alongside the protesters. The director has collected a huge amount of footage of great visual impact, editing it in a frantic and thrilling narration. While experts analyse the politics, the film concentrates on the people in the front line, from the teenagers to the elderly.

Biography
Kiwi Chow was born in Hong Kong in 1979. After graduating, he worked on various film productions as editor and assistant director. In 2005, he was visiting professor at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts. In 2013, his first fiction feature film, A Complicated Story, had its world premiere at the Hong Kong International Film Festival. His latest film, Revolution of Our Times, was presented at the Cannes Film Festival in 2021 and won the Golden Horse Award for the best documentary in 2021.
