Synopsis
What are you willing to do for love? When she was little more than twenty, Nilde followed the person she loved from Brazil to Italy. She started a family here and has stayed here, blocked. Saudade is an intimate conversation between a suffering mother and her son who is trying to understand her. Memories resurface and carve out the present, creating the complex portrait of two different families who are inevitably united.

Biography
Pietro Falcone was born in 1999 in Pescara. He moved to Rome to study cinema at the Rome University of Fine Arts, where he graduated with honors, obtaining a first-level academic diploma with a thesis entitled ""Saudade - a diary: notes on the making of a documentary film"".
He works in Rome as a production coordinator for Maestro srl. During his internship at the IFA School of Cinema in Pescara, he became involved in the IFA Glocal Film project with Saudade.
