Synopsis
The true story of Selinna Ajamikoko, a young Nigerian girl who dreams of becoming a butcher, like her mother. To make her wish come true, she sets off on a long journey towards Italy, filled with atrocities. It is a story told through colour, blood, the body and cuts. It is an animated journey that is accompanied by the voice of Selinna and guides us in that search for identity which characterizes every human being.

Biography
Margherita Giusti, born in Rome in 1991, began her career as a storyboard artist and assistant director in Rome for both film and television. In 2020, she graduated from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Turin with the documentary film En Rang Par Deux, co-directed with Elisabetta Bosco and Viola Mancini. Since 2020, she has been a co-founder of the Muta animation collective.
