The 4th MiWorld Young Film Festival has concluded with the Official Awards assigned by the Student Jury, the Teachers’ Jury, and the Audience Jury of schools.

Big ZEBRA Award – Teachers’ Jury
Harvest Moon, by Amarsaikhan Baljinnyam | Mongolia | 2022 | 90′
Teachers from schools of all levels, from Milan and its province, make up the faculty jury and view and analyze the 4 feature films in competition to award the prize for the best film with pedagogical and intercultural value.
Little Zebra Award – Student’s Jury
Sur la tombe de mon père, by Jawahine Zentar | France, Morocco | 2022 | 24′
86 high school students from Milan, Lodi, Forlì, Ascoli Piceno, and Catania make up the student jury, and after viewing and analyzing the short films in competition as part of a screening and analysis program, they award the prize for the best film.
Fondazione ISMU Award
Abdelinho, by Hicham Ayouch | Morocco | 2022 | 100′
The prize consists of the opportunity to use the feature film that best promotes intercultural education in Italian schools, which is recommended by the Faculty Jury.
Tina Barbieri Award – Students’ Jury
The Silent Echo, by Suman Sen | Nepal/India/Bangladesh/France, 2021, 17’
The prize consists of the acquisition of distribution rights in Italy for the short film that best promotes intercultural dialogue. The prize is dedicated to the memory of a historic volunteer of the COE Association, who was committed in Italy and around the world in the field of education and international cooperation.
